Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2012 hunting this Sept.

does anybody know how to get the bow and arrow. I read that i was supposed to get on Texas Day 1,but how? Im currently on Namibia Day 3 and do not have a bow and arrow and cannot pass the level  without it.

This sounds amazing! I love getting the <a href="http://www.nznature.co.nz/category/footwear1">sheepskin slippers</a>, they are so warm and comfortable when I go with my husband hunting then after a long day we sit at camp relaxing! :)

Back on the PS2 they did a game with an open world feel that was a lot of fun. Now, Red Dead Redemption is a better "hunting" game than Cabela's. I doubt they have the budget to do it right, but a real quality hunting game could be a lot of fun.

If you just wound a bear does it get pissed, come after you and maul you? @papereat I know games where you can sit and watch and listen to nature, they're called screen savers.

a hunting game should be about relaxing and enjoying the scenery and sound of nature....then patiently go for the kill of a trophy...Cabela's gonna fail again.....and again and again, when will they learn to quit or do it right?

What hunting really is , is a man with a bow and arrow looking for that trophy buck or and animail you can make burgers out of ! there is no desire for me to mount a mountain lion head on the wall ? besides that 95% of the guys playing this game have no clue on how to hunt or track all these animals ! blah blah graphics etc. it's just plain silly !

All they need to do is add the unlimited time hunt and ability to ride vehicles again and they'd have a hit. Also a deathmatch and team deathmatch mode where you can choose to be either a human or animal. Deer with a Shotgun would be my choice. Lol!!!

I stopped liking Cabela's Big game Hunter after 2005, the one where you can drive ATVs and actually Hunt for an unlimited time.

i actually hope it turns out good. I remember having a good time years ago with Deer Hunter. Thought it was relaxing. So if they could actually make a free roam, good graphics, good looking enviroments game where i can just wander about, listen to birds sing and maybe shoot the odd deer , i'd buy it. Of course none of this will happen and it's gonna be a piece of stool.

Look! It's, uh, that great hunting game! Seriously Activision, besides Prototype 2 (which I ain't sure if you have let the developers improve how they want), what else do you have? Each and every game you bring out scores less than 6. And I won't even get into Call of Duty.

I'd rather they just release the arcade games on XBL/PSN, but whatever.

I'd be funny if they included pvp...

hey its the first Cabela game thats not coming out on a Halo launch.......unless the Halo CE Anniversary gets pushed back.

They should add a zombie animal mode. Its the latest fad.

These games weren't that bad until they made them so arcadey you could just drop into a game and start shooting animals. I remember playing Cabelas Big Game Hunter 2005 on the PC a while ago, pretty good game. They've gone downhill rapidly since then though.

I hope each year that they will finally bring out a good hunting game but each year I read the reviews and they never turn out good. So I hope that this year Activision can pull out a good one.

Aw, I was hoping it'd come out the same week as Halo CE: Anniversary so Mega64 would make another video.
