Bob Marley, Tokio Hotel shredding Rock Band 3 - Report
Ten new tracks revealed for the upcoming music game; additional artists include HIM, Slipknot, War, Mana, Roxette, Poni Hoax, and Rammstein.
In the past few months, Harmonix and its latest plastic instrument game Rock Band 3 have frequented the news loop. The company detailed the game's new peripherals, which include a keyboard, in June. Dan Teasdale, the game's lead designer, left the developer for Twisted Pixel in July. And today, Harmonix confirmed 10 new tracks for its upcoming living room rock star game.
In addition to the tracks developer Harmonix has previously made known, today's update, via Eurogamer, includes songs ranging from legendary reggae group Bob Marley and the Wailers to German headbangers Rammstein. The 10 new artists and tracks are:
Bob Marley & The Wailers - "Get Up, Stand Up"
INXS - "Need You Tonight"
Poni Hoax - "Antibodies"
Rammstein - "Du Hast"
Roxette - "The Look"
Tokio Hotel - "Humanoid"
HIM - "Killing Loneliness"
Mana - "Oye Mi Amor"
Slipknot - "Before I Forget"
War - "Low Rider"
Rock Band 3 is due out October 26 in North America and October 29 in Europe. It will hit the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and DS and is the first title in the series to include keyboard support. For more on Rock Band, check out GameSpot's preview.
