My favorite combo would be "Stinger" performed by Dante in "Devil May Cry" series and Marvel vs. Capcom 3. My favorite fighters would be Dante, Deadpool and Iron Man from MvC3

Punch Day Activity!
In honor of Punch Day, we want you to jot down your favorite fighter combo! Just make sure you also list which game it is from, and you will receive a profile power-up!
Here's something fighter/punch related... In Super Smash Bros Brawl, if you have play as two Lucario in co-op on 15 Minute Brawl mode... make them face each other and use their special attack (1 on sideways wiimote) to make that blue ball appear. Every enemy that gets close will get stuck between the two players and they'll get hit repeatedly. The damage will even reach 999%, but they will never fly off if you position it right. Leave the wii remotes alone for 15 minutes.... and bam! You've got the trophy for beating 15 min brawl! Easy :D
when I read punch day, I thought, oh, like the drink at parties! wow, I am so in another zone...my fave fighter combos are from God of War, anything with the Blades of Exile, but I love the Olympic Fury, mashing the square button makes all things easier, and looks awesome :)
Naruto vs. Sasuke from Storm and others. also Samus frm Super Smash Bros Brawl vs. Snake form the same series.
Not knowing from the comments if combo means a move or a team I'll just state both .. Hwoarang and Dr. B from Tekken .. Favourite move is Ryu's Hadouken (Street Fighter) :D .. Favourite combo .. any of Dante's combos from MvC3 .. they look cool xD
Favorite combo? At the moment I'm partial to the melee attack in Perfect Dark Zero. From behind. Recipient unalerted. While heavily armed. Heh heh.
Thank you for featuring me, I'm honored. As for a favorite combo: I'd have to go with Terry Bogard's Power Geyser (Fatal Fury 2) and to be safe I'll also list my favorite team being Terry Bogard + Rock Howard in the game NeoGeo Battle Coliseum.
Mine is Ryu Hayabusa from DOA fighting series: 3 of my most fave moves of him are -Senko -Shoryu -Izuna Otoshi Happy Punch Day!
My favorite combo of characters is Ike and Samus in Super Smash Bros Brawl, that team can take on anything! (And it's a pretty fun 1-on-1 matchup, too!) In terms of actual moves...does the "Fire Bros." Bros Attack from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga count? :P
Ah, my favorite fighter combo.....let's see..... Scorpion (Mooooortal Kombaaaat!!) Ryu (Street Fighter) Chun Li (Street Fighter) Pai Chan (Virtua Fighter) With a side order of Taki (Soul Calibur) on the side :) And, congrats to all the mentions---nice blogs!
Back in the day I was really good with Megaman/Warmachine combo from the original Marvel vs Capcom, seriously a quarter on one of those Arcades could last me like 20 mins
3 fighters? So could I go for - Ryu/M.Bison/Akuma (SSF4)? If so thats my choice! Well done everyone mentioned, theres some good reading there.
My favorite fighter combo (and assuming this is just listing a trio of fighters not a move combo) would be Mega-Man, Ryu, and Wolverine in Marvel vs. Capcom.
