@Sanel_aka_Sano Lol there are only 3 consoles in these world that play most of the games. Well done to sony that is the first of the 3 uses 3d. Terrible graphics? lol, there are over 500 graphic cards design specifically for pc and pc has a horrible graphics?,nc logic you have there. hdmi???? lol hdmi is a cable that is used for display resolution and sound. HDMI is a calbe is not a graphic card. It makes the resolutions better on the tv. Learn about cables and resolutions then talk about technology. As I said you dont know anything about technology, you just go and buy whatever they tell you and you think you have the best machine of the world running games.

@SkylerX A lot of games come out under a year of the other series. Doesnt mean it will be bad. Maybe Treyarch went to work on it right after COD 5. But usually thats the case they are bad. I personally like Black Ops and Treyarch.

@cyforces We dont know nothing about technology? ha thats why sony is the first 3D console with games. Technology? We're talking bout the engine black ops runs on and how you bash on it. All you know on PC is to hack. PC has HORRIBLE graphics and you know it. I have and HDMI witch is for HD because you PC "gamer" wouldnt know. PC gamers are terrible and shouldnt be talking about graphics. Yea PS3 had problems and still kind of has and so does Xbox. I admit MW2 has better frame rate and doesnt make everything laggy. But they still run on the same engine. Look it up if you dont believe me. I cant wait for MW2 because of QS and to see what Sledgehammer games did with it.

@Keitha313 i totally agree, i do not support call of dut black ops neither am i going to buy this dlc i just find it annoying when people complain about an extra 5 bucks.

i predicted this on the childish 12 year old black ops forums sometime a year ago and guess what? Nobody believed me back then and dismissed as a hater who has no "right" to hate on a succesful franchise. All i have to say is enjoy your ride while you can and bad luck asking your mom to shell out $15 bucks for you. BECAUSE whether you like it or not. Black ops is going to be a ghost town once MW3 hits stores and after that MW3 will be a ghost town as well since everyone will be playing a much updated and balanced shooter known as Battlefield 3

@YoungCardinal no it is not a double standard because Modern Warfare 2 came out only 2 years ago whereas Battlefield 2 came out in the early 2000's. Modern Warfare is known to be enjoyable, along with all the other CoD games. Battlefield has been hit or miss over the years. Dont get me wrong i fully intend on getting Battlefield 3. However, I wont JUST get BF3. I think MW3, if it stays with its MW2 gunplay, will be more fun over time than BF3. I think we all agree that better graphics and more realism doesnt always make a better game.

Its not called retaliation its called anihilation retaleation was the crysis 2 map pack that was glitched this is real it was took at gamestop look it up on youtube it will explain everything @blakeney your correct it say obliterate the zombies

Im fine with the map pack pricing, i think they could atleast add different playercard title image things, and layers for embs!!!

I opened the pic in photoshop, and used a sharpen filter that removes blur (to an extent), the zombies writting is still hard to read, but im pretty sure it says "Obliterate the Zombies".

Hey, remember when games shipped with 15 maps? I do. Stop letting Activision rob you, don't buy map packs. Better yet, stop buying games they spent less than a year to develop, the same derivative product with minor improvements. We used to call those Expansion packs in PC gaming, and they were 20-30 dollars, not the price of a full game.

I think there will be a third map pack but on June 28th? Wouldn't they have already announced it and started hyping it up by now? That's less than two weeks away.

Why do you guys bash on Treyarch so much? You act like they did somthing to you. There trying to make just like any other company in this world. They put out 2 map packs and now probably another. Doesnt mean you have to buy it. If you dontt want to then ok, but dont b***h about it so much like little girls. OK I know you have a right to your own opinion. activision is exploiting all the idiots that bought black ops and they STILL fall in their trap even after the second time they got ripped off. these kinds of people will destroy the gaming community,its a good thing we have companies like valve

A third map pack? Ill wait for more on it before I decide.

In this article they say Modern warfare 2 had 3 map packs, it didn't it had 2. Stimulus and the resurgence package.

Escalation was alot better than First Strike. But these map packs start adding up at $15 per pack. They should have included more maps in the retail game.

Don't waste your time post a comment about this, there is no point, just make your voices heard by not buying them... that's the only way these money grabbing gits will learn the lesson, and don't come under the per-pressure of 'I brought it just because my best mate has it and we play all the time so why not!?'

I didnt buy any of the map packs of mw2, I find it unnecessary to buy a map pack in mw2, pay for only 2 new maps and some free maps of cod4. They are really good maps but usually private hosts dont play them. Also in Black Ops for the pc they said all map packs and patches will be free before releasing the game that turned to be a lie. They saw the foolishness of people buying the game after the release so they said why not make some more money.Because after a 2 or 3 weeks of the game released you should have know by that point the game was unplayable. Black Ops was a really good lesson for all of us I want to believe. Before buy a game first play it somewhere else in an internet cafe, at a friends house, rent it. But do not PRE-ORDER THE GAME cause if they got the money they wanted why bothered fixing the game. They didnt give you any satisfaction or an actual demo of the game , they only gave you a fake trailer to make you buy it.

The amount of play time i'll get from the zombies map alone makes me look forward to this. Plus me and my brother split the cost, download the map pack on my xbox first but with his gamertag and then redownload them on his xbox (and then he just needs to be online to use them) so that way we both get the maps for 600 microsoft points each.

Once again, most people will be forced to pay $15 for a single zombie map, including me. I don't care for black ops multiplayer, and I think it would make everyone happier if they released separate map packs for multi maps and zombie maps right? of course that'll never happen, but it would be great. And also MW2 only had 2 map packs, not 3.

LOL $60 for the game, and then $45 for the three map packs? I bet MW3 will be the same. I'm all for doing business and making money, but it's so obvious that activision doesn't give a damn about the gamers, just their money. I'm just going to get BF3 and get a free map pack to go with it at launch..

This kind of news ticks me off, I'm glad I skipped Black Ops and if this is how MW3 is gonna be, I'm skipping on that too, I mean seriously, the C.O.D consumer doesn't realize he just spent over 100$ over a 365 day entertainment package. I'm all for map packs since they add longevity to a game, but this is absurd, Cod never needed longevity to begin with, now their just milking people.

I played Black Ops for the first time just last night - it came through on rent, since I'm not interested in multiplayer and won't pay fifty quid for a 6 hour single player campaign.... I have to say, what I've played so far is kind of... awful, really. Nowhere near as sharp or as fun as MW1 or 2... some of the rushed animations in the scripted action sequences look laughably bad. The physics on them don't just look impossible, they look downright ugly and detract from the action severely. The single player so far to me is just a poor, poor game... very glad I rented and didn't buy it

Sad that people actually buy these map packs. Heck people get fooled into buying this game every year is even more sad
