The cod games need to be killed.

I buy the Call of Duty games when they hit $15 dollars each used. I personally believe they are lackluster but good enough to pay a used price for several years down the road.

Im glad, just means the majority of younger crowd is playing Black ops while i can play Halo 4 without having to put up with screaming and swearing kids

At the end of the day this latest cod is the best of the lot since the original modern warfare & it makes millions so they would be stupid to just stop making them, i agree though it's getting old, i wouldn't mind going back to WW2 again tbh...

It shouldn't come as a surprise that COD topped Halo 4 simply because COD is a multiple platform game. I'm curious as to how the sales of the 360 version of COD compares to Halo 4 sales.

My hatred for CoD comes for what they have done to the industry in the past 5-6 years. "Dumb down your game so it will make more money." I know it's business but it's really sad that most of the industry has latched onto this plan.

I dont get people complaining about COD, it repeating itself alot, and activision milking COD way too much.. Comparisions about MW and BO series of COD. The thing is, they are earning half a billion in one day. And that is all what matters in the world now...No matter how much a game sucks, alot of effort and talent goes into making one. Artists and Developers work their asses off to get games on the shelves so people could get entertained. You dont know how its like to be working for a publisher, working day and night, to push another one on the shelf. But at least what we would like to hear is a word of appreciation of the work put in. Developers and Artists do not decide what will happen in a game. Thats the job of publishers to approve what.If they want a milking cow they get it ... so appreciate the people who work day and night on games. And stop hating everything and anything. And ffs stop comparing all the time...

Like any sane person would buy CoD on PS3. While it's a great system, Xbox Live has always been the place for the best online CoD experience.

Is the gaming chart going to become the same as the music, the same generic rubbish at number 1 constantly. Soon we will get popular gamers who like the generic stuff who are really popular who look down on alternative gamers who actually like something worth liking.

Everything is as usual and CoD will surelyd break MW3's record and become the new king of the hill. Meanwhile, the rest of the world goes on and continues to play other games as well as other non-CoD related stuff.

I didn't buy it but I watched a live stream of some campaign and MP. MP looks the same and campaign looks to be the weakest of Treyarch's CoDs. I was pretty disappointed in Halo 4's campaign, haven't touched the MP.
