Black Ops 2: PS3 Xbox 360 PC i'm screwed.My dad owns all those systems.all i have is a Wii,3DS,and PS Vita.If there are no versions for at least one of these systems,i will show up to Activision/Treyarch headquarters with toilet paper and a basket of eggs...

And if COD's resources were being able to get opened or hacked, that is their doomsday, because then everyone will make a map of their own and characters of their own and put it in the same game, just like these guys do that for a yearly business.

I am not surprised by a bit, in matter of fact, i am enjoying the stupidity of the series's fans. What is the difference between you and a milk cow? you both give valuable and get nothing that is even half great.

Call of Duty. It's a series like any other. When the developers find a formula that works (meaning that it reliably sells in quantities that give positive returns) they don't change it up. Age old rule that an unbroken item should not be fixed. The definition of broken may not be the same to all, but one thing must be agreed upon: profit end over end is hardly evidence of an item breaking. Long story short, if you don't care for a game or series then no one forces you to pay or partake in it. If you like it, props. The enjoyment is what matters. Why worry about what you don't like when it doesn't invade your lifestyle?

I dont get it, what are so many people surprised to see another COD game....i wonder if they will have a crossover feature on vita......(there are 2 cod games coming this year)

I expect it will look like a pair of hands in front of you holding some variant of gun, a map in the top corner and a bunch of background stuff. The full game is rumoured to have you running around shooting other folks with guns, shouting racist insults at them when mommy can't hear. Note to the unemployed: This is your future new home.

@minivirus2 Yeah sorry was unclear with my quoting, it was supposed to be quoting the general thing people say, rather then what you had said. If you get lag and KNOW its not your end, then yes you are clearly being hampered by lag compo. Like i said, i stopped playing cod at bops so i cant really talk for now, but back then i played with minimal to no lag, and was often playing with my mate from next door who was using my wirless too! Im sure complaints of lag in cod are common place... the same as fifa and everyother competative online game.... why? Because 98% of the time its used as the easiest and oldest may i add, excuse for an error/ overall poor skills in competative gaming. No different from the usual excuses that come from players after a loss/error. You are just in that unlucky 2% id say! ;-) Try running a video on youtube that lasts about 1 round, or somthingelse that lightly adds to your usage, if you have a huge bw, maby try downloading somthing. Seems like a dumb way to fix lag, but lag compo works differently (as you know).

@blakeney Actually, I live in a major city, with a top of the line net connection, optimized router and zero DL'ing happening at all in my household. My setup is geared towards addressing poor programming. Also, I find lag complaints about CoD to be fairly commonplace. Edit: I'll also take the opportunity to point out that I never once mentioned servers in my OP, so 'quoting' me saying "servers suck" doesn't really help your argument.

All thoses photos, announces, praises and promises. And then some crap like quickscoping kids, horribly-implemented lag compensation system, money-ripping Elite, etc.

@#andman, It's terrible, don't buy it. On a scale of 1 to terrible, it's horribly bad. The only redeeming factor is Zombies mode and I strongly suggest not buying it just for that. The guns are all broken, the killstreaks are all OP, the maps are bad, and the single player campaign has 1 good level.

Why would you say something this retarded? That's blatantly Halo 4. The game won't be future when it comes out - not if Actiblizzion wants to sell more than 100 copies.

If they called it then that would be a paradox, simply because CoD is always stuck in the past with their same rehashed formulas. I don't see how this year's CoD will be any different than next year's, or the year after that.

Looks like something from any other COD that's already out, but with a new coat of paint (again). More unnecessary crap for an already crappy a$$ game, and still no word on any kind of game play balance improvements, or dedicated servers. Whatever. Fools are still going to buy this broken mess, and complain about it once again. I guess some people will never learn.

And now they decide they've copy-pasted COD enough, they go after Ghost Recon. So much originality coming from the folks at Activision. Bravo. Not.

@xdude85 Those "helicopters" are Ospreys, and they've been around for over a decade (hell you can see one in the original Splinter Cell).

@huerito323 There are two entirely visible and distinct types of craft in that photo. One is a drone with four rotors. The other is an osprey. Theres nothing futuristic about the osprey either. Looks the same as the ones that come refuel at the air guard facility near where I work

black ops had way better maps than mw3 hope they keep up the good work

Oh well at least it seems like they are trying to make something slightly different but aren't there already too many futuristic shooters?

Not cuz i cant type proper english. & since when is an iq needed to play a game that has the same basic structure since COD2 to play??? Every1 here knows that its just a copy & paste job with very few changes. So how is playing Black Ops any different than playing COD4 or W@W or MW2??? Its the same gameplay. Same formula. As for the well balanced opinion, thats debatable. But next time if ur gonna go @ some1's head, make sure u spell the name right.

@AjaxsLastStand There is no Osprey in the Marines that looks like that. I know about Osprey helicopters. This is obviously some type of futuristic version of it, and it looks a lot like Halo's version. Please don't offend me with your smart @ss remarks.

@shadow580... yea everyone knows about.... but like many things the true facts have been blurred by the net. For example many places claim its in seconds, thats not true... i personally dont play cod anymore, black ops was the last one i brought, and i had minimal lagg issues, not enough to ruin my score, and defo not enough to make me cry! If lag really does effect you, and you're certain its lag compo and not you... just get round lagg compo using the well known method of running a long youtube vid on a laptop each round. Ppl that cry over lag long term, suck and are using excuses.

So what? It's gonna be the recon drone from MW3 with a little turret... Give us something more! Like Frank Woods!

@Henniger I've played every damn CoD since 2, and BO was the most balanced CoD since MW1, just because everything isn't as overpowered as MW2 and it requires an IQ of over 3 to play doesn't mean it's one of the worst. But to me, they're all the same. But BO actually took a small amount of effort. And by the way you type, I can suggest you're not one of the most intelligent players out there, hm?
