Black & White on the way to the Dreamcast

By Staff

Sega confirms that Lionhead's god game is still on its way.

Sega's external public relations department confirmed today that Black & White is still scheduled for release on the Dreamcast. Currently in development by Lionhead Studios, Black & White is a "god game" where players take the role of a deity supervising a civilization. The civilization is formed based upon how players treat the citizens and whether players treat their chosen titan animal with respect or contempt.

Black & White for the Dreamcast will be published by Sega and is currently scheduled for a Q4 2001 release in North America.
