Battlefield 4 being shown to retailers
EA shows Battlefield 4 to select retailers; could a public unveiling be far behind?
EA has been showing off Battlefield 4 to retailers, according to a tweet from US retailer GameStop.
"Got to see Battlefield 4 today and all I can say is WOW! Thanks @EA for the sneak peek. Can't wait for you all to see it," wrote GameStop CEO Paul Raines on the social media service.
EA said at the end of January that Battlefield 4 would be shown off within the next three months,
A beta for Battlefield 4 has been scheduled for later this year, with buyers of Medal of Honor: Warfighter getting early access.
Sony is expected to announce the PlayStation 4 at an event in New York tonight.
