Bam Entertainment announces Reign of Fire PS2
A game based on Spyglass Entertainment's anticipated feature-length motion picture is coming to the PlayStation 2.
Bam Entertainment announced today that it will publish a game based on next year's feature-length motion picture Reign of Fire for the PlayStation 2. Reign of Fire, which is scheduled for release next summer, follows the exploits of a young dragon slayer and an ex-marine who join forces to battle dragons. The game, under development at Kuju Entertainment, will follow the plot of the movie rather closely and will be released in the fall, shortly after the movie hits theatres.
In the third-person action game, players will be able to play as either a dragon slayer or a dragon, and the environments will reportedly include wrecked forts, burned landscapes, and destroyed vehicles. Bam Entertainment also stated that the music in the game will react to the action onscreen. We'll have more on Reign of Fire for the PlayStation 2 when it becomes available.
