AU Shippin' Out May 23-25: Pirates, Ratchet PSP
Disney Interactive unleashes Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End on almost every platform imaginable Down Under.
With Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End hitting cinemas around Australia this week, you can only expect a game based on the movie to follow closely behind. Enter Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PSP, Wii, Nintendo DS, and PC. If the recent precedence set by movie tie-ins TMNT and Spider-Man 3 are any indication, then Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is probably set to make an impact on sales charts in Australia.
Sony is releasing a mixed bag of games on May 24 for both the PS2 and PSP. The PS2 is getting Buzz!: The Mega Quiz and SOCOM US Navy Seals: Combined Assault. On the PSP front, Ratchet and Clank are making their handheld debut with Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters.
On the cheap-games front, Kingdom Hearts II for the PS2 is going platinum this week.
