And Yet It Moves hits WiiWare

This week Nintendo ushered in six new titles across its download destinations, ranging from a world-tilting platformer to a game out of the Nintendo Entertainment System era.

Leading the pack this week is Broken Rules' And Yet It Moves (1,000 Wii points, or $10) for WiiWare. Originally released on the PC last year, the physics-based puzzle platformer gives players the ability to rotate the world at will and was built at a three-man studio in Austria. Players will use the Wii Remote like a magical wand and make their way through 20 levels filled with creatures, traps, and puzzles.

Switching to the nostalgic download hub, Nintendo added one dated game to the Virtual Console this week. Sunsoft's early-1990s NES title Uforia: The Saga (600 Wii points, or $6) arrived this morning in the virtual storefront. The single-player side-scrolling adventure game casts players as Bop-Louie, a creature on a trek through mystical forests, deserts, and oceans looking for his lost friends.

Leading the quartet of new DSiWare titles this week is Rymtik (800 DSi points, or $8). From Czech game development studio Cinemax, the single-player title is a music application that allows players to create everything from simple beats to entire songs. The application comes with more than 170 sound samples, including drums, cymbals, percussion, bass, and a range of melodic instruments. Additionally, players can create and store up to 16 distinct samples in the title's in-game library.

Sneaking onto the portable download hotspot this week is G.G Series Ninja Karakuri Den (200 DSi points, or $2). From Genterprise, the game casts players as a nimble, acrobatic ninja, tasked with jumping through a booby-trapped mansion.

Also hitting the download spot this week is the livestock farming simulation game My Farm (200 DSi points, or $2) and an updated version of the classic strategy game Absolute Reversi (200 DSi points, or $2)
