BioShock isn't the only Xbox 360 game to see new downloadable content surface this week. New offerings for Culdcept Saga and Rock Band, as well as the first wave of Xbox Originals are also populating the Xbox Live Marketplace this week.
The Culdcept series has seen an array of installments on platforms dating back to the original PlayStation in Japan, but it has only made its way to the US once: 2003's Culdcept for PlayStation 2. For those who missed out on that chance to check out Culdcept's strategic Monopoly-meets-Magic: The Gathering gameplay, Namco Bandai is currently offering a free demo of Culdcept Saga for the Xbox 360. It includes the first map of the game and allows multiplayer matches for up to four players.
As laid out by Harmonix several weeks ago, a three-pack of Black Sabbath songs is now available for Rock Band. Cover versions of "N.I.B," "Sweet Leaf," and "War Pigs" are available individually for 160 Microsoft points ($2), or as a three-pack for 440 points ($5.50). The same songs are also expected to arrive this week on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 edition of Rock Band.
Rounding out the new content on the Xbox Live Marketplace are free picture packs and themes for each game in the first wave of Xbox Originals. That wave includes Halo, Psychonauts, Indigo Prophecy, Fable, Fuzion Frenzy, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, and Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge.
