Why should EA make the rookies have a good rating, you can't tell if their going to have a good season or not. Last year McFadden had a 85 rating, which is descent. But he only got 444yards. Adrian Peterson had a 80 rating but had a phenomenal year. So stop complaining about the starting season and wait for the rookies to prove themselves.

is it just me or is madden's gameplay and stats becoming more like ESPN 2k5? i'm pretty sure that close chain feature and route running were from ESPN.. step it up madden we've seen these features 5 years ago!!

You can't be serious, 68 route running for Jeremy Maclin, and the next guy drafted is a tight end who has 72 route running? /facepalm

Darrius Heyward-Bey got screwed... He is faster than Harvin and they are both 97's... he should be a 98 speed...and his other attributes should be tweaked as well.

Hey listin up if Ea sports allows the gamer to import their face in tiger woods why cant they allow you to do it in madden i hope that changes in madden 10 it would really bring more people to play the game and experience it in a different way it would be really good for superstar mode... comment back if you agree DHB

    same game new year
    minor add-ons
    dont buy this game!
EA is the most lazy game devoloper in the world other than maybe free radical
the players look like bloated versions and the pads are way too big
oh and they give the 2 best wide receivers in the draft 86 and 88 speed
    EA YOU SUCK!

It's amazing. I played against Percy Harvin in when he was at Landstown High now look at him...it's always good to see all of the athletes from VA doing well.

Steelers had the hardest schedule last year and still dominated. I see no reason why they can't repeat.

Wells ran a 4.59 and a 4.37 at his pro day. Granted he obviously doesn't run a 4.37 and its a proday but it shows the 4.59 was a little slow. Moreno ran a 4.6 at both combine and his proday.... Honestly besides the pass catching wells is much superior as a back lets be honest. And you want to talk about speed being screwed...how about Malcom Jenkins? Ran a 4.51 combine and gets an 86? Or Crabtree... ran a 4.5 on a healing broken foot come on.

crabtree should have higher catch rating, and a few player skin tones are way off!!!!!!!!EA I have not see refs actually running on the field in any screen shots , hope that we do not have to wait til next year.

    @ ravspdr

That may be true but remember this is the big league now. You have to compare him with all the other receivers out their. He hasnt played yet and people want to give him a high rating. Compared to people like Randy Moss Marvin Harrison and Larry Fitzgearld he is nothing yet. Until he proves himself.
