AU Shippin' Out September 3-September 7: Blazing Angels, Valkyrie Profile, and Medieval II
Medieval II expansion pack hits Australian shores.
Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII is making its way to the Xbox 360 this week. The game places you as the leader of an elite covert squadron who's tasked with foiling the Nazis' plans to build weapons of mass destruction. To do that, you'll fly to a variety of locations across the European and Eastern theatres. Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII is coming out this Thursday for the Xbox 360. PC and PS3 versions will follow in the coming weeks.
A few days short of a year after it was released in the US, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria for the PS2 is making its way down under. Set before the original PlayStation game from 2000, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria requires no prior knowledge of the original. It's very different to most Japanese RPGs, as it features an action-orientated combat system, a story inspired by Norse mythology, and a nonlinear structure. Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria is also coming out this Thursday.
Medieval II: Total War Kingdoms, which was codeveloped by Aussie studio Creative Assembly, is making its way into retail this week. The expansion pack features four new campaigns and a multitude of new units and factions, and is sure to rekindle interest fans of the series have. Keep an eye out for Medieval II: Total War Kingdoms when it comes out on the 6th.
