Forza 2 gets bundled down under
Xbox 360 bundle with Forza Motorsport 2 to retail for A$699.95 ($572) in Australia; wireless steering wheel to get temporary price reduction.
Microsoft is pulling out all stops to promote the upcoming launch of Forza Motorsport 2 down under, announcing a special retail bundle with the game as well as a price reduction for the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel to try to tempt wannabe racers.
The Forza Motorsport 2 Xbox 360 bundle will include a console and a copy of the game, and will retail for A$699.95. Microsoft is also cutting the price of the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel--albeit temporarily--from A$199.95 to A$149.95. The racing wheel's price rises back to its normal cost after July 31.
While Forza 2 is racing to US store shelves as we speak, Aussies won't get the game until June 14. The new bundle and racing wheel price reduction also begins June 14.
