Midnight Club headed for Xbox 360, PS3
Rockstar's street racer series strikes out for Los Angeles on new systems, set for release early next year.
The city of angels is about to be choked in exhaust fumes (make that "more choked in exhaust fumes"), as Rockstar Games today announced that it's working on Midnight Club: Los Angeles, the series' debut on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Set for release in early 2008, the latest Midnight Club will be developed by series studio Rockstar San Diego.
As is Rockstar's style, the company revealed next to nothing about the actual gameplay of Midnight Club: Los Angeles. However, Rockstar founder Sam Houser did say the studio was "looking to redefine the idea of a completely immersive racing game experience, both offline and online."
