Original Heroes V were OK
First expansion for Heroes V made it slightly better with one more town but I don't like rune magic so It's ok to fight against dwarfs...
Second expansion will finally put in a lot of units and second new town, I think it WILL be great, and maybe the best of the heroes games, maybe one more town, i want more monsters, not 10 dwarfs and 20 humans, MONSTERS...

Heroes 5 is just not as groovy as heroes 4, and the maps are the suckage.... well ´maps sucked in heroes 4 too, but the campaign was good. Heroes 3 on the other hand... now thats something everyone can enjoy.

i agree way more maps like the prequels to heroes 5 there used to be SO many. way better AI's needed and maybe an rpg, if possible maybe,possibly, they could chuck those in there, maybe, they could, possibly, do that, it might happen, maybe yes? maybe, possibly ya, ya, maybe?

A new faction is cool and all, but give some more MAPS! There's not nearly enough! Please, that's what we need.

If they just update the AI, hands down this will surpass Three. (If not, then it's a solid game incredible on the ears and eyes).

No, rokkuman09, this expansion is only a conclusion to the 5th series in the HOMM franchise.

So is this going to be the last HOMM game? It says the game "concludes series' story", could that mean it's the last HOMM game ever? Then again why do I care, I have never played one HOMM game lol.

If they can put this game out without all the numerous bugs found in HOMM5 then I might pick it up. Trying to play multiplayer in part 5 was a joke. And don't even get me started on the lack of co-op maps!

Nival is talented but there were some issues with 5 that really brought the game down (like computer AI on the strategy map being 90% brain dead)

I believe the music in Hears of Might & Magic (ever since 2) has been the best I've heard in just about any game.

gotta say at the least it will be pretty cool to see characters from the older games done up all nicely for a newer version.

Its a good series, but I just hope this becomes better then the third installment.

HoMM 3 was the best, but the 5 was pretty good, considering how bad 4 was.

I agree 3 is better then 5 but not by so much. Don't know if I will get this or not though. I think the company who made 5 proved they have talent and they should start working on 6. Compare it to heroes 2 vs 3. 3 had so much more depth. If the company were to take 5 as the base and just refine the hell out of it and improve the graphics slightly to reflect the years that have past. Who know heroes 6 might just be what heroes fans are looking for.

they should do a remake of 3, the best in series by far.

I actually like H5, and its a damn long game. Hoever, true simul turns would be the right addition with this expansion. Is it just me or each expansion seems to feature faction models with less and less attention to detail. Those orcs look horrible!

It doesn't sound that great. I haven't played any of the series so even if I wanted to buy it I would want to buy and play the ones before it.

I might get this, since it is turn-based. I have a copy of HoMM III somewhere around here that I just might have a go at this weekend.
