Ubi dealing R6 Vegas demo

Tom Clancy's upcoming counterterrorism Vegas adventure getting free trial in November; single-player demo includes one mission through Dante's Casino.

Gamers with itchy trigger fingers and gambling problems got some good news today. Ubisoft announced that it is preparing a demo for the Xbox 360 version of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas.

The single-player sampling will be available for download from Xbox Live Marketplace in November. The demo will feature one level that takes place in the under-construction Dante's Casino, which a cell of terrorists has taken control of. Gamers will lead a squad of commandos through the level, using real-world tactics to take down their foes.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas for the Xbox 360 is scheduled to be released on November 14 and will retail for $59.99. The game has not yet been rated. For more intel, read GameSpot's previous coverage..

    after two weeks of splintercell R6 V should launch in nov.

    revthegod, what are you talking about? GRAW rocks! I've played both the PC and 360 versions and love them both. To each his own, I guess...

    Anyway, can't wait for this demo. Watched the demo walkthrough on Gametrailers. Looks completely awesome to me.

    I'm gonna try this game at HMV in Montreal tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they hand out special stuff... maybe a limited special event demo...

    It got # 3 on IGN's top X06 so I'm guessing this game is real good.. The animation seems pretty fluid and the imersion seems to be there just by watching the video.. I thing this is going to be a AAA title. Ubisoft makes great games and I'm glad they love Xbox 360.

    R6 Vegas is coming to PC too and it's going to be a port of the 360 version. It was confirmed in the last CGW issue.

    i'm gonna wait for a price drop or buy it used. oxm gets the demo a month earlier. if i can wait for the demo i can wait for the game. companies that allow their demos to be held hostage by a worthless magazine will have reduced profits. i'm not paying companies to rip me off, thats why i boycott ea.
