from what I've read, John Cipher uses only a knife and his bare fists to snap necks, ect. To level the playing feild, since they have guns, the developers plan to give him bullet time and amazingly fast reflexes. Look it up in the last issue of OPM. P.S: my condolences to the OPM staff and fans.

I'll buy the PS3 for the games and because I just love the FF series that's my no.1 choice. plus I don't like microsoft corp. very much do to all te sh*t they doin'. Gamers should buy the console that's got they're favorite games and not the best specs. What's with the know-it-all's?

That one screenshot looks amazing... If that is in game graphics and not an artist's representation (like the first one) this game looks impressive graphically...

Can we get something straight? This game has two screen shots posted and no information at all on it. Now is not the time to be comparing it to other video games.

PS3 is more about looks than gameplay really and oh photo's. The PS3 will only really dissapoint you gameplay wise, and graphicaly the 360 and the PS3 are the exact same.

i like what i'm seeing in the second screen, wonder if the game will look remotely as good, BUT if gameplay is overlooked and the game doesn't have life of it's own, i'll be skipping it..

Sony wont make up for billions lost already by selling PS3's. They will never sell that much I garauntee you that.

My point was that playing FPS with analogs sticks instead of a keyboard and a mouse sucks because it doesnt have the same precision in aiming like a keyboard and mouse.

i dont know about you and yur physically challenged hands but i have the same precision either way, i prefer having all the buttons in close memorable areas then on a big @ss keyboard? And all yu Ps3 fanboys, have fun getting ports from a cheaper system with the same graphics, yeah ur really gonna dominate the market, btw the majority of stealth games arent fun, just work, only metal gear the og kiks @ss, im a fanboy "

you guys have already labeled the genre and are making comparisons, when it clearly states they are shooting for something new.

i agree with korn18m it makes no sence in fighting over a system,you can swear that they are making money off of it and i'm talking about both sides the systems will have the same graphics and gameplay but sony will down load a little faster and i'm not just saying that ,i read it in independent mags and websites.that's what all these fanboys on sony and the 360 should do instead of reading the mags and website from sony or the 360 because they will allways spin things to their advantage and lie to the people ,but the truth is one system is better and bigger in one erra or chip and the other system is better in an other erra and chip ,i was trying to have a grownup debate with a sonyfanboy the other day and he said i didn't know what the h#ll i was talking about and called me a stupid troll and i emailed him the specs on both systems and the report from two mag and he still said i was dum and didn't know what i was talking about.and all this showed me that know matter how many inpendent report says that the two system is really equal in power the fanboys from both side will disagree like they know more then the experts.wich to me just show the stupidity from both side to argue over something they don't know anything about.because i admit i don't know but i read a lot of mags and i'm not talking about a ps3 mag or sony mags i'm talking about 6 independent electronics mags that said the graphics and game play will be the same

Why is everyone judging a game that they know almost nothing about? It may suck and be a Splinter Cell-ripoff, it may be an awesome action title, or it may be neither.

However, none of us really have a clue how this game will turn out.

I like how every1 jumps to conclusions and "assumes" how the game is going to be played. Nothing in this article says it a FPS or a Stealth game...I'll laugh if it ends up being a Stealth/RPG, HA!

The game comes out in 2007. That gives us a range of 6-18 months. We have 2 screenshots/concept art. And people are just going to get this game knowing nothing about it? Come on, you know you're still going to wait for Gamespot to preview it, so you might as well keep quiet for a while.

And as per the article discussing sequals: sometimes sequals don't really expand on their predecessors like they should. But a sequal should contain the core gameplay found in the first if the first was a good game. And some sequals will sell simply because the games before them were great. Examples of future games on this list? Halo 3, Metroid Prime 3, the new GTA (not exactly a sequal, but you get my point), Super Smash Brothers: Brawl, God of War II. Those games should generate buzz because they have an established core game to work from which has fans. This game does not have that, and therefore, we shouldn't really get into hype just yet, especially since we know next to nothing about this game.

on 360 there will be a lot off beter game but on ps3 wich i dont care there is only good game Meteal gear4 thats all...

It would be nice to see what Edge of Reality can add to this game to set it apart from the competition.
