E3 06: Hell's Highway takes detour to 2007
Marching orders for next edition of Ubisoft's squad-based WWII shooter Brothers in Arms pushed back to early next year.
LOS ANGELES--Though much excitement and jubilation emerges from the Electronic Entertainment Expo each year, not all news to come out of the show is good news. Ubisoft today confirmed that Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 won't be storming shelves until the first quarter of next year. When Ubisoft originally announced the game just last month, the publisher had expected to have it ready for this holiday season.
Hell's Highway will follow the 101st Airborne Division once again as they drop behind enemy lines during the Second World War. Familiar faces from previous BIA games, including Matt Baker and Joe Harstock, will return to take on Operation Market-Garden, the war's largest airborne campaign.
Ubisoft is showing Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway at E3 this year, so check back soon for GameSpot's coverage of the game from the show floor.
