Rockstar to open London studio
Job listings reveal company's plans for new development studio in heart of UK capital city.
With development houses from Vancouver to Edinburgh, Rockstar Games has spread its talent throughout the world. Now the company looks to be bringing it back home with the founding of a Rockstar London studio.
According to a job posting on Rockstar's Web site (uncovered by news site Gamasutra), the company "is setting up a new development studio in the heart of London. We are looking for passionate, creative and self motivated people to form the core of this new studio." Posted job openings include lead programmer, senior network programmer, lead artist, lead animator, senior technical artist, and lead designer. No project has yet been announced for the team.
