Champions of Norrath goes gold
Sony Online Entertainment announces that Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest has gone gold and will arrive in stores next month.
Sony Online Entertainment has today announced that Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest has gone gold and will ship to stores across North America on February 11.
"The wait is just about over for one of the most anticipated console games of 2004," said Michael Lustenberger, director of marketing at Sony Online Entertainment. "With five playable characters, randomly generated dungeons, online co-op action for up to four players, and relentless, nonstop action, Champions of Norrath offers an incredible gameplay experience for every type of gamer."
Champions of Norrath is a role-playing game set in the fantasy world of EverQuest, several hundred years before the timeline of the current PC game. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game.
