PC version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic to ship this fall
LucasArts announces that its upcoming role-playing game set in the Star Wars universe will ship this fall for the PC.
LucasArts has announced that the PC version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is expected to ship this fall. The Xbox version of the game will be available in July. The game is being developed by BioWare, which is known for its work on the critically acclaimed Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights role-playing games. Set thousands of years before the events portrayed in the film Star Wars: Episode I, Knights of the Old Republic's plot centers on a struggle between the Jedi and the evil Sith. The game will feature lightsaber combat, and players are free to play as a good or evil character.
