2K Marin has new IP in the works - Resume
BioShock 2, XCOM studio incubating new title, according to listing on employee's 2011-dated resume.
2K Marin is presently at work on breathing new life into the XCOM series in the form of a first-person shooter of the same name. However, that might not be the only project the Novato, California-based company is at work on.
As spotted by Internet information hound Superannuation, a 2K Marin employee's resume lists an "unannounced title" in the works at the BioShock 2 studio.
Further information about the game was not provided, but the resume notes that a team of five was working to build "world prototypes" and pitch them to higher-ups.
Of note, the resume was most recently updated in 2011, and 2K Marin still has its hands full finishing up work on XCOM. That game is due for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC during parent publisher Take-Two's upcoming financial year, which runs from April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2013.
