2K Games to Distribute Ford Racing 3 in North America

New York – February 23, 2005 – 2K Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), today announced that it has signed an agreement with Empire Interactive to distribute Ford Racing 3 for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, Xbox video game system from Microsoft, and PC in North America. The first two titles of the Ford Racing series, which were also distributed by Take-Two, sold over 1 million units in North America.
Ford Racing 3 features 55 beautifully detailed Ford automobiles, including Ford GTs, Thunderbirds, concept and SVT vehicles, Mustangs and trucks; 26 detailed tracks with interactive scenery; 11 different race types and support for online play on Xbox Live; LAN and online play for PC and head-to-head split screen on PS2 and Xbox.
Ford Racing 3 will be released in North America in March 2005 for a suggested retail price of $14.99. Ford Racing 3 is developed by Empire Interactive under license by Ford Motor Company. For more information please visit its official web site at http://www.fordracing3.com/.
