Half-Life Mod Expo mods announced
Valve reveals the five Half-Life mods that will be shown at the upcoming event.
Valve Software has announced the five mods that will be shown at the upcoming Fourth Annual Half-Life Mod Expo in Dallas. The mods that will be showcased at the event include MonkeyStrike, Global Warfare, BuzzyBots, Sven Co-Op, and Half-Life Rally.
The Half-Life Mod Expo is an annual event designed to showcase the work of aspiring game designers building new games using Valve's award-winning Half-Life 3D game engine. This year, the event will take place on Monday, July 22, from 8:00-10:00pm CT at the Cyberathlete Professional League's Summer Championship 2002 event.
The Half-Life Mod Expo was first held in 1999. The first event showcased Gunman and Counter-Strike, both of which were later released as full retail products. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of Half-Life .
