Flanker 2.5 flies into stores
Ubi Soft's latest combat flight sim is now available--for less than $10.
Ubi Soft Entertainment has announced that Flanker 2.5, its latest combat flight sim, is now available in stores. The game is based on Flanker 2.0, which was released in 1999, and it includes a number of improvements and new features. The game includes more than 100 aircraft, a new 3D graphics engine, a mission editor, and a complete multiplayer mode with both cooperative and competitive missions.

Just observing the aircraft in flight, especially at high altitude with contrails streaming, is enough to evoke admiration for what the developers have achieved.
