Rage's GTC Africa PS2
We have new information on and screenshots from Rage Software's rally game for the PS2.
Rage Software has released a handful of new screenshots from Global Touring Challenge (GTC) Africa, which is currently in development for the PlayStation 2. According to the company, the game will recreate the scale and beauty of African landscapes and put players into highly competitive circuit-based rally races. Some of the licensed cars, which will be available in the game, include brands such as Ford, Subaru, Renault, Pontiac, and Mitsubishi. Players will get to race through real-world locations such as Cape Town, Libyan deserts, and the misty jungle of the Congo.
GTC Africa is currently scheduled for a release in Europe in November 2001. No word on an US release at this time.
