Lockdown preorder frees up a copy of Pandora Tomorrow
Early orders of the Xbox and PlayStation 2 versions of the upcoming tactical shooter get a free Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow copy at EBgames.com.
It's a bundle of Tom Clancy-inspired joy, as EBgames.com is offering a free copy of Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow with preorders of Rainbow Six: Lockdown. Unfortunately for GameCube owners, the offer is only available for the Xbox and PlayStation 2 versions of the game. Preorders of all three versions of Lockdown are available for $49.99. It's unclear whether the free copy of Pandora Tomorrow will be new or preowned.
Rainbow Six: Lockdown is the fourth game in Ubisoft's series of squad-based tactical shooters. In this game, however, Team Rainbow finds itself the target of terrorists, and in many of the missions it will have to rescue its own team members. Both the Xbox and PS2 versions will also feature online multiplayer modes.
The console versions of the game are set to ship on September 6. Once again, the PC version of Rainbow Six: Lockdown is mysteriously absent, but an early 2006 release is anticipated. For more on the game, head over to GameSpot's hands-on preview. Also, be sure to see GameSpot's full review of Pandora Tomorrow.
