DC Studios teams with Konami Europe
Upcoming game for PS2, GBA, and PC is coming this fall from the team that created Le Tour de France: Centenary Edition.
Konami Europe is contracting with Montreal-based DC Studios to develop a new game for the PlayStation 2, Game Boy Advance, and PCs. The as-yet-unnamed game is due at the end of 2005, company officials said in a statement today. DC has already produced one game for Konami, Le Tour de France: Centenary Edition, a bicycle racer for the PlayStation 2. DC has developed games including Bratz for Ubisoft and The Cat in the Hat for Take-Two Interactive. (DC is the studio that first developed the GBA Video technology now used exclusively by Majesco.) GameSpot will report more on the game as information becomes available.
