Hideo Kojima to make rare stateside appearance
Character designer Yoji Shinkawa joins Kojima at two Los Angeles locations on November 30.
The Metal Gear Solid series is considered one of the fundamental stealth action franchises. However, there was nothing sneaky about Konami's "Media Alert," in which it was announced that MGS creator and Konami vice president Hideo Kojima will be participating in public appearances at two locations in Los Angeles on November 30.
Fresh from the release of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater for the PlayStation 2 last week, Kojima and Metal Gear Solid character designer Yoji Shinkawa will be meeting fans and lending their John Hancocks to Metal Gear products, which include limited edition Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater posters that will be given away at the signings, while supplies last. The first stop for the duo will be at GameStop Planet X in the Glendale Galleria from 11:00am to 12:00pm PST. The pair will then appear at the EB Games flagship store on the Universal City Walk from 6:30pm to 8:00pm PST.Content you might like…
