Tribes: Vengeance demo release
Get the first taste of Irrational's story-based single-player mission for the next Tribes game with the new demo, available first on GameSpot DLX.
A busy season for demo releases is only a sign of things to come, and September's next major demo is coming from Vivendi Universal, which today released the Tribes: Vengeance single-player demo. The 374MB demo first appeared on GameSpot DLX.
The Tribes: Vengeance demo contains one single-player mission that takes place about halfway through the game. This arena-style mission has players assume the role of Daniel, the leader of the Children of the Phoenix, who has come to the Imperial capital in order to gain an audience with the emperor. First, Daniel must complete a traditional combat trial, and he and two AI companions must keep their wits about them as waves of enemies charge into the arena.
