L.A. Rush announced
Midway is reviving its Rush series in California once again for the Xbox and PlayStation 2.
Midway today announced development on L.A. Rush, a new racing game in the classic Midway Rush series. The game will be released for the Xbox and PlayStation 2 in spring 2005.
This time, the action will be set in sprawling Los Angeles as opposed to hilly San Francisco, and players will be able to explore the city in open-ended style. The game will include more than 50 licensed and concept vehicles that will become involved in shortcut-laden street races and nonracing driving missions. Rides magazine and customizing shop West Coast Customs will join the Midway team to provide input on the game's style.
Check GameSpot for more information on L.A. Rush as it becomes available.
