Anybody know what controllers can be used for it besides the Wii U tablet and the Wiimote on that console?

No need to be a smarta$$. I don't own any wii controllers and if I play this with friends I want to know which controllers are compatible.

Are you sure you're not thinking about New Super Mario Bros. U? Like the one that is going to come out for the Wii U? This game came out for the Wii back in 2009...
The Wii U is backwards compatibale with the Wii I've heard, but I would imagine that you'll only be able to use the Wiimotes for the Wii. Maybe you'll be able to use Wii U branded Wiimotes for Wii games on the Wii U, but I don't know. <_<
