Seems like a jerk move... Why not be fair and split it 50-50.

@AngelCam7 Yeah, YouTube is the one in the wrong here.  They need to do a fair chop.  Just because you step in an elevator for a few seconds, and they are playing elevator music that the content owners have specifically bought to hijack YouTube videos is not fair for the people who are making the video.  50/50 sounds right.
