How do I get 5th star?

I've completed 94 exits, gotten every single Star Coin in game, it told me so after beating level 94 'Follow That Shell', but still no 5th star in save file. What am I missing?

You have to catch a nabbit in every world and use every cannon, i believe. as long as you have:
1-every flag
2-every star coin
3-beaten the game
4-completed star road
5-caught every nabbit.

you should get the fifth star

I have the exact same problem! I have done everything I can read up on and still no fifth star. It's so frustrating! I don't know what else to try.
