Hello, i just reached ch2 in hotu and i am wandering which bow is the best to invest on or if i should buy the bow with the highest enchantment bonus and start from there.
Also if i have a taralash (perma haste) is it possible to remove the +4 mighty for the +10?
Lastly should i use the infinite +5 arrows or are the other arrows (fire, cold etc) better?
My char in rog/wiz/aa.

Probably should just enchant your own bow.
as nothing else gets mighty +10 unless you flesh it.
and really +5 damage vs 1d6 damage? you have to ask? The +5 comes with bypass damage reduction doesn't it? Not that you hit alot of soak but it'll cut thru stoneskin if that comes up. right?
Look never made a primary archer for NwN, I mean I had it and used it on occasion so I know a fighter can kill pretty much anything with a decent bow just made and spent money on.
yeah with the 30 STR for the mighty +10 (18+12 gear/enchants) a self made bow is probably what you want. just use a +X bow to save at least a little bit of money.
and you probably want to haste it though thats sort of a glitch.

Thanks for the answer, could you tell me how to haste the bow, there doesnt seem to be an option for it. Also does the extra bludgeoning damage from longarm bow mean that ill do more damage against undead, not sure how it works.

I'm under the impression that means if the enemy resists the standard pierce weapon it will use the bludgeon damage instead.
and as for hasting, there was a weapon swap thingy you can do, but its sorta cheating and well boots of haste work well enough.
