I love the need for speed series but undercover is simply a disaster. There are very few positives in this game. Police chases are okay and there are cool cars in the game. Problem one is that the game is way too easy. I mean way too easy. The handling is pure arcade with no realism at all. Now I enjoy arcade handling when done right, but this isn't done right. The visuals are bland and generic and just boring. The game is repetitive and not a whole lot of fun to play.

But what kills the game is the abysmal technical performance. The frame rate sucks. Because of this the sense of speed is lacking and makes the game nearly unplayable. There is way too much pop in and draw in issues as well.

Don't buy or rent this game. The cop chases and customization are not worth digging through the games many problems for.
