This just feels like a typical racing game you would find at the local chuck e cheese arcade. Sorry but I prefer something more like Burnout Paradise.

Why does racing through suburban areas always make the cops chase after you?
the car does not get destroyed? it is damaged 20x and it's still 100% intacted. There are no cars on street?
i dont see why people think this is so bad, i played the demo and it was awesome. Also finally car customisation is back, i wondered how long it would take them. One thing i would have wanted was to drive from the inside like shift.
Awful. Like driving through a fracking theme park with those neon arrows. So, so bad. This game looks like it should bomb. NFS series has been outdone for years by Burnout, Midnight Club, Driver SF etc. This is basically a dolled up Hot Pusuit and in a driving/racing game like this that is a sin.
@Bumblebee1138 i totaly forgot about that :D my mistake ,but still.... the opinion of the game is based on all sequels since/after MW (except Shift series)... are kinda lame, dull and missing "NFS Spirit" :)
WTH? You call this customization? You only get a set of preset body kits it's not like the former in-depth customization option like before you get to choose the front bumper differently from the rear & the skirts. I think EA is getting lazy these years. There's no Free Roam? & the Police chase is lame Most Wanted is way better specially when the Police gets more aggressive when it comes to capturing you it gives you the thrill. I think I'll just wait for the GTA V it looks more promising than NFS it's getting more depressing every year.
1:04 So when you accidently get off track through the giant annoying arrows, instead of having to correct your mistake by yourself your car gets reset on the track, still moving forward. WOW way to numb the experience down. Unless he hit the reset button, which is still a stupid option.
@xxBSAxx It's not a just a police chase. He have to Race AND not get busted from cops. Have you ever played NFS Games before? Atleast Most Wanted?
wtf, "walls" in a police chase? really EA/black box? isn't he point to run from them ,without restictions? so whats the difference beetwen this "cop race" vs regular one?looks to me only cops... IMHO ,yet another big hyped / fail nfs sequel ...again...
great....still no free roaming mode and still no costumization shop/option, just a bunch of preset kits... And the question remains: why NOT include them into the game?
What kind of lacking crash physics is this?! Are we on the PS1 or something? I am absolutely disappointed unless there is an option to enable that (wrecking own car).
I hope all this hype is not for nothing. It's been a loooooooong time since I've bought a Need for Speed game.
