I actually think that the presentation of Shift is very nice. The trailer and the effects keep your attention. It's a nice change instead of no transition regular racing clips.

ugh the real game looks great but whoever made this video needs a new profession, how many more racing scenes could have been cut short by a black screen.

Looks ok, seem to be going to fast for the speed they doing and the player seems to be just overtaking the AI as if they all got flat tires lol. Looks a bit like GRID and thats not a bad thing.

As long as it hazz real engine sound then the graphic kan be good doesn't have too be greatest it's the engine sound that's make you feel like you are sitting in the car and driving, plus the cockpit view at the same time. I love engine sounds from cars and i know how they suppost to sound especialy rally race cars and formula 1 because i love cars. That's my opinion guys.

if ea truly wants to take the NFS franchise and move it in to the sim class racers they need to have damage. when you look at the mane compaction for sim racers they all have realistic damage to a point and that is what a sim is all about after all making every thing as real as posable

I dont care if it looks like grid, because it is more realistic, you feel you are in the pilot's seat and you think those are your arms. And the game would be more interesting if we play it using a steering wheel pad (i think that is the name for that accesory).

Looks great, but not a Need For Speed game. They had the right idea with Undercover, but overall, Undercover was a flop with bad acting , horrible menu navigation and some graphical glitches. If EA would go back and look at what they did with Most Wanted and ask themselves, "Gee, what did we do right HERE?!?" I"m almost certain they'd find the answer. Personally, there should be a REAL Most Wanted 2. Not like Carbon, blargh. This, I might check out, but if it feels too much like GRID...it can kiss itself goodbye.

First, it doesn't matter if it looks like grid or it doesn't. It's just a teaser. The final game can be 100% different from this. However this is a huge change... It's interesting to see if they can actually get it right. Nfs was really in trouble as the last titles were nothing like what made the series it's name. This is an enormous bet from EA. And while they can't manage to get a great arcade they're really crazy to try a complete new market: simulators.
Who knows? The nice thing about this change is that probably the outcome will either be a total failure or an insane succes.
No more mediocre titles with 7-7.5 so that you don't even know what to expect from the next nfs, but a grade of 6 or 9

this looks great, like grid. but i think that NFS since pro street has been moving further and further away from undercover's illegal street racing.
