Too nitpicky in my opinion.

This game punishes you for every little thing like constant stalling off the line at races(if you rev the engine early on to boost nitro, it's extremely difficult, in my view, to keep from stalling). I've driven many a car in my day, and, the only time I've seen cars stall, is 1, you get the distributor cap wet, 2, the car floods, 3, there is something wrong with the car. I've reved plenty of engines in my time, and I have never stalled by punching the gas. I'm lucky if I can keep these things from stalling 90% of the time. I've never had this trouble with any other racing game.

Also, the cops are extremely annoying, but the game gives you no way to shut them off as an option. If you are going to argue that it's street racing and there should be cops, why the hell are there streets blocked off and lighted direction arrows--it makes no sense.

I've played games like Forza, and Gran Turismo, and really enjoyed them. Such games had really cool upgrade options and car purchases, and didn't rely on cheap gimmicks to try and be entertaining. I can't even find anything cool to spend the in game money on.

In my opinion, this game is more of an aggravating hassle then anything else. The physics are solid, and this could have been a really good game, but it's drawn down by a terrible philosophy.

I'm still trying to find a cool driving game for the Wii. It's such a shame as the Wii wheel is really cool, but no great content. Well, I guess that's why the Wii isn't enjoying much success these days.
