I don't like the fact that all cars will be available at the beginning... I like working my way up in the ranks. We shall see how this ends up

every car is open for u .... so whats the reward from racing ..... motorcycles ? .... dose any one feel the spider-man 123 then the amazing spider man happening again ? i think they will just fail .... they cant remake most wanted that easy ...... and i dont think it will have a proper story as the original one
@hussin005 Who said this was a remake of most wanted? Most wanted was good, but i got sick of all the crap since Underground. If you don't like the game, then suck it, don't get it and leave on peace. This game looks a lot like the originals need for speed games, where the reward for playing was just the fun out of it and not a "new car", Back in that games you din't expend half the playtime buying cars and upgrades. Who cares about how cool the paint on the car is, if in 30 seconds the body will be all wrecked???'All the plople who played the old NFS games (before underground) have always asked for a modern NFS with the spirit of the old ones and this game seems to be just that.
Customisation to the fine detail is key to this game, if it doesn't have it's just another racing game to me, I know creation are putting their own spin on the game but the core NFS games and 'pimping' up your ride is what it's all about. More detail please!
@James9002uk The CORE NFS games was not about "pimping" your car. please, NFS have existed long before all the crap that EA released since Undergound. If you want to talk about the core of NFS franchise, then talk about NFS 2:SE and hot pursuit. THAT where the real thing! This game seems to be built on the spirit of that games. I like that, i like that way too much!
I'm cautiously optimistic, I'm concerned about all cars being available from the beginning, and how they are going to balance that. A F150 is not going to out race half the cars in the game.
@SpyderWeiss it may last longer in a pursuit tho.In the orginal Most Wanted, almost any car could be boosted to keep up with the fastest cars in the game, for example I was driving an RX-8 the whole game til I got a C6 Corvette. And to be honest I didn't get much further beyond that due to crazy hot pursuit time requirements I couldnt find the time for. But what I'm saying is, maybe the speed of cars are a bit unrealistically balanced.
@PayneKiller Good point, I forgot about the boosts, it's been a long time since I played the first Most Wanted. Again, cautiously optimistic :)
still looks fun, but customising and tweaking your car... are 2 different things... i'm a little dissappointed not to see nfs most wanteds trade mark "car cuistization" where you change paint and stripes... its such a simple thing, but makes the car feel more like YOURS, and not just another car in the game.
