A complete letdown, after playing the PC version I came to expect that the PSP would at least be a port. Its not, besides having the same cars and being able to tweak them it is a completely different game than the PC. The cops look and act different, it feels unreal (cop bumps car you spin out and then are up and going again in 3 seconds). The PSP version has odd cop actions, identical barricades, and rather than being pinned in and captured by the cops its on a timer of how long you are right next to a cop when slowed. Graphics are poor, no sense of speed (hit nitrous and car hardly moves). Sounds are repetitive and each car that revs its engine has exactly the same sound. Seems unfinished, wait for the price to go down. Tilt is at 7 as it is an obvious try by EA to establish MW on the PSP, it just doesn't get the job done as well as anticipated. (Anyone else think that demos need to start being release for PSP like they do for PC?) Definately rent before you buy and attempt to save yourself money.
