Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Demo

i wished that you can use your head-set to call in back up, block, or spike strip, it'll be a whole lot easier..

The person playing the game is a LOOSER !!! He probably never played a NFS game to realize that for several seconds he was running in front of the cars that he suppose to chase before he get alerted by the guy next him!?! I guess he never checked the map on his left to see where were them!!! and his driving skills were BAD, REALLY BAD, so bad he kept crashing the other police cars! PLEASE, NEXT TIME PUT SOMEONE WITH BETTER DRIVING SKILLS TO PLAY THE DEMO!!!

Good light effects, but it's gonna be another weak NFS

At one point he says... "you wanna spin round and go back, its an OPEN WORLD game" as the screen begins to say "Wrong Way" 0_o

Whoever was in charge of nfs the last 5+ years should be shot. Since Porsche and underground all they puked was this kind of kiddo garbage

what`s the new in this bad game ??! why they don`t put a realy large MAP like GTA IV ??! Hot Pursuit it`s old idea ! ... boooring.

I like the idea that you'll have abilities and mechanics to lose the cops, rathr than just driving around really fast hoping to eventually lose them.

i hope they have free roam so u can drive around and theres cops that pull u over if u driving fast .. just like a regular free roam to have funn ...

I'm feeling this is just how NFS needs to be. really most of the things I've seen is great, the lights, driving looks very responsive, and that night driving is great! and it looks very competitive too. now all that's left is putting my hands on it.

@Joker1232003 i didnt really know that, my car i cant turn off my lights there always on. lol, that would be sick i would do that all the time, here comes some fun night driving, btw how are you going to play the game as a cop or driver. im going to be a driver, just like the old NFS HP, or NFS HS lol loved those games

Oh boy does this look fun. But it comes out right after Gran Turismo 5 does... I would most likely prefer this over GT5 but at the same time I know this would drop in price long long before GT5 ever does. Here's to hoping the keep a community like Burnout Paradise did.

need for speed is so stale now it's not true, they need something drastically different.

folks, if you look closely you'll see that the lights in back turn off too, they just come back on when he hits the brakes. Any modern car does that. If you want to look invisible while running, shut off the lights, and don't hold the brake.

@ICElegit , turning off the headlights in a real car turns off the back lights aswell. So fingers crossed this applies in game aswell. So in theory, if the racer slammed on the brakes,Released the brakes so the brake lights turn off. activated Jammer and turned off the lights. The Cops would glide past the racer. Have to wait for the demo to try this out. If you get HP and suddenly find racers are vanishing into the night... Don't blame me lol

Whoever was playing cant drive for **** lol Looks great though, really fast paced and arcade styled. Hope there is the option for voice chat with Other racers and Cops and obviously the jammed cuts that out. Interesting having the "lights off/on" button, wonder what uses that could have. Maybe if the racer uses the jammer during a night chase, turn off headlights and let the police glide past?

The fact that this is being developed by Criterion has me very excited. Should be a fantastic game.

The drifts are absolutely fake...reminds me of burnout defiantly not going waste my 60 dollars on this when it comes out!

Turning off your head lights at night time is really a dangerous thing lol. I WANT GAME NOW!
