This Need for Speed game was very popular when it cam out as most NFS games are, but there were a few things about it that i did not like as much. For instance, pretty much every Need for Speed game has nitrous, but this one does not... I have no idea why... There was absolutely no customization to the cars, the only thing you could do was select the color. The actual racing was good, and the cop chases could definitely get interesting. I never did like the fact that if you ran into a spike-strip, you automatically lost. I always thought that there should be a period of time where you had very limited speed and control of your car, but after that, you should regain control. But the never asked me... so oh well. Overall, a pretty good game, but I would recommend buying Need for Speed Most Wanted instead.
