Best in the Series!

User Rating: 9.1 | NCAA Football 2005 GC
No doubt the best NCAA game to come out for any console. Gameplay: 8 - I would probably give it an 8.5, mainly because receivers drop too many passes. I am amazed at how many times I have gone 10-30 in a game where my receivers drop 7+ passes. Other than that, gameplay is excellent! Graphics: 8 - Graphics engine is the exact same as the previous year, but the way the legs move has improved quite a bit. The only problem is playing at sunset. The orange tint on the field and players makes it look awful. When playing in mid-day or especially at night. The graphics are very pleasing to the eye. Sound: 10 - Incredible! The stadium pulse is an amazing feature that brings to life the fear of traveling to The Swamp for example. The crowd gets so loud it is unbelievable sometimes. Commentary is pretty good...can get repetetive for how much I have played the game. Value: 10 - A must have for any football fan. I love this game more than Madden and ESPN (for one thing I love NCAA football much more than Pro so I am biased) because it captures the spirit and excitement of football, plus there can be a 55-54 shootout and it is completely normal. Tilt: 10 - I love this game! Only thing I would change is the ridiculous amount of dropped passes. Other than that, it's awesome!
