Overall, this game is relatively simple to play and master even if you aren't an expert at football or sports games in general. Graphics are good during game play, and controlling whether you will run, juke, or spin is too easy. Skill meters are shown above each of your receivers with the thumb stick which is a big help in showing where you will most likely complete the pass and where you'll probably throw out or an interception. You can also figure out which of your opponents blockers is more "shook up" and focus your blitz on him for an increased chance of success. With lots of extras without as much of the complicated look that most sport games seem to have to the non-sport type, this game pulls it off. Lastly, the Dynasty option allows you to coach a team through multiple seasons allowing you to hone your team into a well oiled tackling, rushing, and passing machine.
With the release of NCAA Football 2006, this game has come down to almost the $10 marker, so even if you aren't a big sports fan, this is an excellent place to get your feet wet.
