    Looks like another year for 2k's on top! if you havennt played NBA 2k games then idk what you're waiting for. The cloest thing to nba video game wise. one of 2ks biggest problems is the courts. Lives is the animations.

    Another thing again 2k does better 2k is calm realistic and not all glamour like Live 2k had a simple but amazing vid of kobe this is all look at me sh*t its horrible and this makes b-ball look bad and look like a sissy sport Live sucks none of the players once dived in the vid like Mike wang said they did they all pranced over and didsome no look pass way 2 listen 2 ur fans and get the job done thanx 2k

    What the hell is going on with the strobe effects and the ectoplasm surrounding players cutting to the basket? Why even put these things in the trailer if they're not going to be in the game! I think the strobe lighting was put in to hide the fact that the animation in this version is going to be just as choppy and unrealistic as previous versions of live." Authentic Basketball", PLEASE!!! Watch this trailer very closely and you will see @ 1:43 into the trailer michael pietrus shoots a jumper over Lebron and Lebron does not turn around until the shot goes in and andy varejao is ready to inbound the ball. is that "authentic basketball"!

    lol I just love these ea promos

    "we wanted the user to do what the user wants to do with the basketball" well ea what have you been doing for the last 10 years? If I remember correctly I could do all I wanted to do with the basketball in Live 2005 so how is this a new feature, why is there NO progression in ea games, only recycle and stupid advertisement, it's like they make subpar games on purpose so people would buy the next years addition because they hope finally there will be some progress.

    Jeeesus, just babbles for 3 minutes without saying anything concrete, that just makes me think there are no additions worthwhile this year ea.. and dna just doesn't work.

    ummm this game looks like another joke.. they talk bout how they want the game to look less robotic... it looks as robotic as last year the player movement is far off... the gameplay still looks horrible and even though the graphics are impressive u just cant appreciate it with the bad robotic feel and bad gameplay

    they need the programmers who made FIFA to teach NBA live about AI and movement. That being said both games are pretty much about the break aways.

    I got NBA Live 09 last year over NBA 2K9 cuz they din't change anything in 2K. I have 2K every year up til then, so I was a fan boy of 2K. This year I'm just not getting any sports games, because they aren't woorth the full price. They go down as soon as you buy them. With that said, I'm going to try NBA Live and 2K this year. I liked Live better last year because the graphics were better and actually loooked like the players. I guess we will have to see, but NBA Live really have stepped their game up. 2K was sloppy with making last year's.

    Live is on a downhill, since the NBA 2k franchise was released. Live to me still plays a bit robotic. I do like the freestyle. But overall, 2k is still a better game. Graphics, gameplay and presentation.
