the graphics were so fresh and just down right good looking. It was making my NBA LIve games look like silly Cartoons.
So it was no surpirse that Nba inside drive was one of the firsts games to grace my Xbox , and i played it for months , even the latest NBA Live title 2003 didnt take the crown from NBA ID 2002. the only thing missing , was a Create-a-player mode.
so of course when i found out Nba inside drive 2003 featured this mode , i got it immediatly. And ever since then it has been my go-to-game for Nba action.
the graphics were so far ahead of EA sports' opffering , even tho they looked smaller , at least they looked like Nba players and not the same goofy looking Cartoon Baller from NBa's games. The animation was fluid , the presentation was well done , and the courts looked bright and more alive than ever.
Sound was perfect with Back-chat , Decent commentary , shoe-squeaks , Rim -rattles , bouncing and general Nba background noise.
The gameplay was the key feature with easy and fun controls , decent general gameplay and fairly contested games.
The added Franchise mode gave the microsoft franchise some needed Liufespan, not to mention the ever important Create-a-player mode.
Actual after the game stats commentary and player-of-the-game , just helped the overall experience as good as it could get.
Overall Nba inside drive 2003 , was the go-to-game of 2003 , and if you have seen my other reviews you know that when i find a perfect game i dont update it with next years version , so after all these years if i need to play a Nba game , i Pop in This great game.
