    I hope the my career mode isnt as bad as last years, it just horrible in 2k10 and was probably one of the reasons i sold it. hopefully this time 2k11 would improve on that aspect

    longitme 2k player here and I can honestly say I will be renting both elite and 2k before buying. 2k has gotten kinda sale but its very solid. Elite might make basketball experience fresh again if AI can hold up. Will be interesting this year

    What are you talking about. I've played 2k and it does all of this stuff as well, it's just all holding the left trigger and then the right analog stick. You can do all the dribbling with either hand, skills with either hand etc. Shooting you also control, so this game is just SOOOOO behind. Not to mention graphically, which is the most significant difference.
    You are behind EA... by about 2 years.

    if it all works like it does in the demo, i should be a great game. love how the player is totally in control and nothing is simulated.

    this is soooo much different from 2k's.. everyone needs to stop comparing so much, in 2k this only controls your shot. Still probably going to stick with 2k, but not sure anymore.. looks liek this has soo much potential.

    looks good, but 2K has the NBA nailed right now. THis should be better tho in a couple years if they stick with it.

    EA makes good basketball game and they get better every time, but it always falls one inch short to 2K basketball games.

    Everyone who said they took 2k control setup is completely right.....what a rip this is BS. This is why i haven't play'd LIVE(they can change the name all they want)since 2000! 2k sports baby!
